International School Founding Readiness Lab: A Stakeholder, Market, Curriculum, and Implementation Feasibility Study for Uzbekistan

The proposed model positions the school as an English-medium, internationally oriented, locally embedded institution combining internationally benchmarked academic standards with Uzbek cultural and educational priorities. Three curriculum pathways are considered: International Baccalaureate, Cambridge International, and a hybrid international-national model. The analysis suggests that market viability depends primarily on differentiated educational value, teacher quality, affordability, university pathways, parental trust, and demonstrable student outcomes. The study concludes that a staged readiness process should precede major capital investment and that parental school choice should be incorporated as a central research and market-intelligence component.
