Improving Economic Mechanisms Of Small Business Development On The Basis Of Green Entrepreneurship

The paper examines the economic mechanisms for developing small business on the basis of green entrepreneurship. The essence of green entrepreneurship is clarified through its distinctions from conventional entrepreneurship. The mechanisms are classified into four groups: financial-credit, fiscal-budgetary, institutional, and infrastructural. Barriers to the green transition faced by small businesses are systematised and directions for overcoming them are proposed. The study substantiates an integrated approach to improving these mechanisms.
