Quality Control And Monitoring System In Preschool Education Management In The Singapore Experience

This article analyzes the experience of organizing a quality control and monitoring system in the management of preschool education in the Republic of Singapore. In the course of the research, the SPARK (Singapore Preschool Accreditation System) system and the Quality Rating Scale (QRS) criteria introduced by the Singapore Ministry of Education and the Early Childhood Development Agency were studied. According to data, as of 2025, 867 preschool educational institutions in Singapore had SPARK certificates, 152 of which received the high level of “Commendation”. This system ensures continuous development through regular monitoring of the quality of children's education, assessment of the qualifications of educators, and expansion of parental participation. The results of the study show that adapting the Singapore model to the Uzbek preschool education system allows for quality improvement, digitalization of management, and improvement of accreditation mechanisms.
