Obtaining Liquid Fertilizers By Neutralizing Liquid Phases With Various Reagents

In this article, the main physicochemical properties of wastewater were determined at the stage of separation and filtration, and phosphates and metal hydroxides in the solid phase were separated with an efficiency of 93.5%. This stage served as an important technological solution for the initial treatment of wastewater. In the liquid phase neutralization and fertilizer conversion stage, the acidic components (e.g. phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium) in the wastewater were neutralized with alkaline reagents (ammonia, KOH, Ca(OH)₂) in different concentrations, forming useful nutrients. pH control played a key role in this process. As a result, liquid fertilizers with a balanced amount of NPK components were obtained.
