Structural-Semantic Research Of Phraseological Units With Animal Names In English And Uzbekistan

This article provides a comparative analysis of the structural and semantic features of phraseological units with animal names in English and Uzbek. In the course of the research, the lexical, semantic and cultural layers of phraseologisms were studied in depth, and their role in folk thought and culture was highlighted. The results of the analysis revealed that, along with similarities in the two languages, there are significant cultural differences. The article also shows the use of these units in modern communication, problems in the translation process, and their importance in intercultural communication. The results of the research are of practical importance for translators and linguists.
