Pedagogical Basis Of Physical Training In Young Volleyball Players: Age Characteristics And Norms-Criteria

This article analyzes the pedagogical foundations of the formation of physical training in young volleyball players from a scientific and theoretical perspective. The study covers the age characteristics of athletes, stages of psychophysiological development, and the laws of age-appropriate development of physical qualities (strength, speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility). It also reveals the pedagogical significance of the norms and criteria used to assess the level of physical training, and justifies their role in planning and controlling the training process. The article emphasizes the importance of age-appropriate approaches in protecting the health of young volleyball players, preventing overloads, and gradually developing sports skills. The results of the study serve as a scientific and methodological basis for the effective organization of training in children's and adolescents' sports schools.
